Quiet spot to enjoy an authentic Italian cuisine. I love the staff here because they are always attentive and super professional. I never have to wait for my drinks to be refilled. For such a cozy spot this restaurant has alot of space. They have a banquet area tastefully decorated for larger groups (its open to set in if it's not already reserved) the main dining area, or the bar. Each table usually showcases fresh flowers from the shop on the corner.
Order a pick up. Lasagna was in a watery bowl, bread was hard as a rock. The calamari was good no lemon on it but it was really good. I don't think I will come back.
I called in for pick up, and they did not disappoint. I had worked from 7:30 am to 7 pm STRAIGHT and when I finally got that food, it was like heaven! It had just the right amount of spice & cream in the sauce, which was my favorite part. The raviolis are huge & I promise you’ll have at least 2 or 3 for a snack later. The cheesecake was amazing too, even though my boyfriend doesn’t like cheesecake, it looked so good he still ate a piece 😂 it was a wonderful take out experience.
Pick up order. Only two orders. Asked for ranch dressing for my Tuscan salad- zero. Veal parm with salad, asked for Bleu cheese- one. Not impressed
After my wife and grandson ate their pizza, both had extremely upset stomachs. The caesar salad I had was standard, but the bowl was warm. Always serve cold food cold and hot food hot. The waitress was very attentive and did a great job.
Great service! I went on an incredibly busy weekend and Yana, my server, was AMAZING. She continued to check in on my family constantly with a great positive attitude, despite the crazy rush! 10/10 would come back just for the service.
Great service and food at very reasonable prices 👍
It was a total waste of time and money. There was only one woman in the building to serve or to attend a party of 8. Nothing was served on time. I'm Sicilian myself the sauce tasted off. The prices would've been fine if the food had been edible. I think there were only 2 plates that were edible and appetizers.
Had to grab it and go instead of dining in as planned because of the curfew. Still, the food was good, the service was great, and the staff/management are good folks!
Went here before my junior prom and the food was amazing. It's such a cute little place but also kinda fancy. The staff were more than friendly and kind. Just a really great experience overall.
lovely bistro! I really enjoyed our dinner. Waiter was keeping out glasses full to
Wanted something vegan and they really didn't have a vegan menu. They were extremely nice enough to make a vegan veggie pasta and garlic knots. I have to say that was the best vegan dish I ever had. I will be going back for the veggie wrap!!! I'm sure the rest of the menu is that good as well! Thank you guys so much for your great hospitality!!!!
AWESOME SERVICE!! AMAZING FOOD!! OUR WAITRESS MADDIE IS THE BEST...THANKYOU...WILL BE RETURNING
I've had different experiences here. Used to think the dessert was really the main attraction but last visit was amazing all around. And it's kind of an odd thing to point out but all of the workers are beautiful all around.
Just moved to the area. This pace has fantastic pizza and wonderful service. Our server Ashley was such a joy!
I’m not fond of restaurants that does not use gloves when preparing food. Especially after watching a cook eat, lick his fingers, and proceeded to touch food without washing his hands. Also the black grime under his fingernails didn’t make the meal more appealing. Lucky for me I was just picking up a order for someone else.
Everything we've tried so far has been amazing! I'd definitely suggest any of their specialties but my favorites are the pasta specialities! They take their time making your meal and you can taste the quality! They have good drinks and the food is worth the price!
It's always a pleasure to dine at Pierros. The food is always impeccable.
After giving a 2 star review I was contacted by the GM. He was interested in feedback on the rating. Very professional . New rating 4 !UPDATE :::: The manager quit. They hired a new one for back of house and made a bartender front of house manager. From what we see. Things are not going well. Employees are complaining about the new manager. People are quitting. The bartender/manager says she’s had enough. She’s quitting. Haven’t been back since they all started quitting. That’s to bad because we enjoyed going in there a couple few times a week. Now to find someplace else for our Sunday Dinner and drinks.
Food was excellent and service was wonderful! My Dad and Step-Mom had their rehearsal dinner here and it was marvelous! The food was delicious and we did not have to wait long for any of our food even though we had a large party and they were already pretty packed! I would definitely recommend!!
This is the best pizza in the neighborhood. As close to NYC as I've had in Fayetteville. The service is great as well....both delivery and in house. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the lack of beverages for delivery. A small complaint for a place that isn't prominently a delivery style restaurant. So happy I found out about this gem.
Good food, charm cooker and nice small talk with him, we will be back for sure
I just recently moved to the area and wanted to give this restaurant a try. I placed an order through telephone and was very pleased by the professionalism, accuracy and kindness given by the young lady, Katia who helped. I remember asking to have my order repeated back to me and I was impressed. My wife and I came in for dinner, a few days after my first visit and even my wife was happy with the service given by your host. We loved the waitresses service and overall dining experience at Pierro's on Ramsey street. We will definitely be back!
As a native Long Islander who is used to authentic Italian food and pizza, their pizza did not impress me at all!!!! I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pie to go and my pie was overcooked and almost burnt. Too bad I didn't check it before I left or I would have sent it back. By the time I got home I didn't feel like going back. The taste wasn't bad it was just overcooked. 😔 Last time I had good pizza was when I went back to NY in December.
Love this location! The staff is friendly and professional. Ralph (the bartender) always checks on my friend and I when we come in (usually weekly-bi weekly) for Wine Wednesday. The food is delicious and comes out very quickly. I like the ambiance and set up of the restaurant. My favorite item on this Italian menu is actually the Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon...it is always seasoned perfectly! The Margherita pizza is to DIE for. The only suggestions I have are to carry more sweet Italian reds (we love the Lambrusco) and bring back the cloth napkins. The paper napkins take away from the ambiance and the quality of the restaurant in my opinion. I hate paper napkins.
I came in last week with my girlfriends for my birthday. Even though my food wasn’t all great, Jordyn sure went the extra mile. I’ve seen him before at a previous restaurant and he’s still the same. He’s respectful, and kept us up with with our drinks and garlic knots. He engaged in conversation and walked us out. Will definitely be coming back for him.
